  • Version: 1.0
  • Update: 25 September, 2023
Please Pay Attention! Use of our services for activities such as terrorism, child sexual abuse content, phishing, spoofing, DDoSing, email spamming, or any related activities is unequivocally forbidden. We hold the authority to suspend services without delay for accounts found in violation of this policy.

NOTICE: Limenet provides IP addresses and related services to internet companies. Limenet may not necessarily be the direct operator of any equipment and/or service currently or historically using a given IP address.

Spamhaus

Spamhaus is a globally recognized authority that tracks spam and related threats. A listing on Spamhaus typically means that a particular IP address or domain has been identified as a source of spam or other malicious activity. To maintain the integrity and reputation of our hosting services:

  • Clients must not engage in any activity that could lead to their IP address or domain being listed on Spamhaus.
  • The client's service will be immediately suspended. The suspension will remain in effect until the cause of the listing is resolved and the listing is removed from Spamhaus.
Clients are encouraged to reach out to our support team for guidance on best practices and for any clarifications regarding this policy.

No harmful or malicious content

You may not use our services to promote or engage in activities that are intended to be harmful. This includes any action we believe was intended maliciously to cause harm, damage or loss.

  • Fraudulent websites or applications designed to cause harm to others. These include but are not limited to:
    • Applications/Websites designed to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords and credit card details by disguising oneself as a trustworthy entity, also known as Phishing.
    • Denial of Service (DoS). Inundating a target with communications requests so the target either cannot respond to legitimate traffic or responds so slowly that it becomes ineffective.

Unsolicited Emails

Always obtain the recipient's permission before sending emails. You may not send emails without the consent of the recipient.

Tor Exit Nodes

You can operate Tor Exit, Relay, and Bridge nodes on our servers. If running an Exit Node, please inform our support team to assist with potential abuse complaints. We will not accept purposefully malicious activities.

Management of Complaints

The following steps will take place upon report of abuse.

  1. In most cases, the offending server will be taken offline and left suspended.
  2. A member of the support team will pass on all details of the offence and give simple instructions on what actions need to be taken to reach a resolution. Failure to address abuse reports can result in account termination.

Terms of Service

  • Version: 1.0
  • Update: 25 September, 2023

User Agreement

By using our services, all customers agree to adhere to our Terms of Service (TOS). The TOS is designed to ensure the respectful use of our services in consideration of other Internet users and the integrity of our network. While we've tried to be comprehensive, the TOS isn't exhaustive. We retain the right to update or amend the TOS without prior notice. Any changes become effective once posted. This TOS overrides any previous agreements or understandings, whether they were written, spoken, or implied.

Violating our Acceptable Use Policy

Any breach of our Acceptable Use Policy or the Terms of Service can result in your account and or/servers being suspended without notice.

Spamming

Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over the Internet (known as “spamming”) is prohibited, regardless of whether or not it overloads a server or disrupts service to other clients. The term “spamming” also includes, but is not limited to, maintaining an open SMTP policy.

Network Abuse

Targeting other networks in harmful ways is strictly forbidden and could lead to both criminal and civil consequences. Such prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, spoofing, flooding, and DDoSing.

Any form of Child Abuse

The use of our servers to store, post, display, transmit, advertise or otherwise make available child abuse material is prohibited.

Privacy Policy

  • Version: 1.0
  • Update: 25 September, 2023

Logs are off

Across the site and our servers, we only store the data that is absolutely necessary to keep our service running. We only keep this information for exactly as long as we need it, and we don't share it with anybody else. The data that we store is not personally identifiable, as defined by the EU's landmark GDPR legislation.

That said, we believe it's important to further minimize the data we need to collect. That's why we only require an email address and password to sign up and don't block temporary mailboxes. It's also why we accept payments in cryptocurrency and Perfect Money.

Refund Policy

  • Version: 1.0
  • Update: 25 September, 2023

Payments

All payments are final and non-refundable. However, if there are issues caused by the server, our support team will attempt to resolve them or potentially relocate your service to another node. If, after our interventions, you remain unsatisfied with the server, we will refund the amount corresponding to the remaining days of your service.
